The automatic loading and unloading device can realize the conveying of loading and unloading through the control of the numerical control system, and complete the real-time connection with the pipe cutting machine.

Intelligent one-key automatic cutting, after one-key start, unattended batch workpiece processing, which improves production efficiency. We offer full-automatic loading system, due to intelligent unloading system, finished products and wastes will be separated from each other.

Safety grating is installed and safety distance is reserved to protect workers and the device by stopping the machine instantly if any intruder sets foot in cutting area by mistake. Our cutting head always keeps safety distance from cutting surface. Its touch-stop function will greatly reduce the risk of collision.

High-temperature annealed welded bed
The bed adopts high-strength pipe welded bed with sufficient weight. After high temperature quenching treatment, it can withstand high pressure and high temperature.

After strict quality inspection, it can ensure that the bed is stable and not deformed for at least 20 years.

Raytool auto-focus laser cutting head
The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens to realize automatic perforating and cutting plates of different thickness. The speed of automatically adjusting focus lens is ten times of the manual adjusting.

Collimating lens and focus lens both have water-cooling heat sink which reduces the temperature of the cutting head to improve the life of the cutting head.

Full-automatic feeding and unloading material device
Realize the intelligent material separation, feeding and seamless docking with the fiber laser cutting machine after the whole bundles of tubes are placed in the feeding device, and ensure that only one tube is delivered to the conveying arm each time.

The finished product is automatically dropped to the storage bin, double support-bearing auxiliary support overlong tubes.
