The upper roller can be separated from the reclaiming, and the electric lifting roller can be lifted. ◆ upper roller device: the upper roller device includes upper roller, upper roller bearing seat, sliding bearing, etc. The upper roll is the main component of the plate bending machine. The transmission torque is through the main transmission output gear and the lower roll input gear. The lower roll is made of 45# steel. The sliding bearing of the lower roll is made of SF-1 self-lubricating composite material.
◆ main drive system: the main drive system is composed of main motor, reducer, output gear, etc. The system can rotate forward and reverse, provide working power, transmit torque to the lower roll through the main reducer, output gear and lower roll gear, make the lower roll rotate, and drive the plate feed by friction to complete the rolling work.
◆ balance device: the balance device is composed of two pull rods and balance beam. After the side frame is overturned, the balancing device presses the tail of the upper roll to maintain the balance of the upper roll.
